Robin Averbeck, Greenpeace Student Network Coordinator
As a Coordinator Robin works with university students all across the country on Greenpeace’s Kleercut campaign to cancel university contracts with Kimberly-Clark, parent company of Kleenex and Scott tissues. Before coming to Greenpeace, Robin worked with Arizona PIRG as a campus organizer on a number of campaigns including the Campus Climate Challenge, a Make Textbooks Affordable campaign, and the New Voters Project, a campaign geared at increasing youth voter turnout. Robin grew up in Wisconsin and studied environmental policy at Brown University and northern Brazil. When not working, Robin enjoys playing soccer, biking, traveling, being outdoors, cooking, and checking out the local nightlife.
