Amanda Starbuck, Student Organizing Manager

Amanda Starbuck is the Student Organizing Manager at Greenpeace. As a student at college in the UK, she immersed herself in campaigning, working with groups including Student Environment Network, Reclaim the Streets and Earth First! After graduating she worked for People & Planet – Europe’s largest network of student campaign groups – in Oxford, and co-founded SustainUS in the USA.

Amanda’s excited about Change It 08– “This is the year for major change in the US. We’ve got a new administration to impress and some serious environmental challenges to address. By working together and standing united for our beliefs we will make sure that the changes are those we want to see.”
